How do I update my profile?
Need to change some details on your account profile? Just follow the simple steps below:
- After logging in, click the profile icon at the top of the screen, then click ‘Profile Settings’.
- Update the necessary information, then click ‘Save’.
Per our Terms of Service, you may be required to verify your new details by sending us a scan or picture of one or both of the following:
- government-issued photo ID
- proof of address, such as a utility bill dated within the last 60 days clearly showing the address you’ve entered as your own
Send those items in JPEG or PDF format to email@example.com and we’ll secure your account in approximately 24 hours, sometimes less.
