Help Center Search
Our search function operates as a single word, predictive search. Once you start typing, our system will detect your search word and populate the top three options that include that word.
If our suggestions don’t match the question you’re looking for, hit enter, go or return (depending on your device) and any Help Center article containing that word is then displayed.
Still Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?
If you’ve stumped the system or you just need a little reassurance, don’t worry. At the bottom of this article we ask:
Did you find what you were looking for?, click the ‘No’ button.
You’ll then be presented with the contact methods available to you. Select your preferred method and the next available Customer Service Agent will be happy to help.
