As of June 22nd, 2021, Ignition Casino will no longer be offering services to residents of New York State. Decisions like this are difficult and are made on a state-by-state basis. Weighing heavily on this decision are the impacts recent legislation is likely to have on players from New York; particularly new regulations, which will only result in increased restrictions.

What happens if I did not submit a withdrawal request before my account is closed on June 28th?

If you happened to miss the closure deadline on June 28th and did not get your withdrawal request in on time, we can still get your funds to you but your options will be limited to one of our cryptocurrency options.

Simply contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist you with your final withdrawal.

What if my balance is below the withdrawal minimum?

If your account balance is below the stated minimum for the method you are choosing, we will make an exception to process a final request for you but will require that you contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. Method availability for exceptions under the minimum will be limited to the Bitcoin (BTC) option.

As of June 22nd players from New York will no longer be able to access the Ignition Casino, Poker Room or otherwise play onsite.  Accounts will remain open until June 28th, allowing players time to submit their final withdrawal request.

Players may notice their withdrawable balance updated as one or more of the folloing adjustments may be made and funds credited to their accounts: 

• Bonus balance conversion at a rate of 50%;
• Unused Poker Tournament Ticket(s), converted to a cash equivalent;
• Incomplete Casino sessions, whereby the original risk amount has been returned to players' balance.
