Derby Rush

There are two main ways to win in Derby Rush. Lining up matching symbols along any of the 20 fixed paylines will secure a win according to the paytable. Prize symbols, meanwhile, are a little different. During the base game, they too need to be lined up along paylines to pay out, though exactly how much they pay is determined by the combined value of their shown Multipliers.

However, the way Prize symbols work changes up during the Bonus Round. Because during your Free Spins, Wilds become the most important symbols. Whenever a Wild lands, it’ll collect the value of all Prize symbols — and what’s more, for every 4th Wild that contributes to a win, you’ll retrigger the Bonus with an extra 10 Free Spins and an increasing Multiplier.

Prize Symbols

In addition to normal payline symbols, Derby Rush also has special Prize symbols. These Prize symbols will each show a Multiplier value of 0.5x-5x — and if 3 or more Prize symbols line up along one of the 20 available paylines in the base game, then you’ll be awarded their combined values. You can even mix and match the Blue, Purple, and Red Prize symbols.

Free Spins

When 3+ Bonus symbols land anywhere on the grid, the Free Spins Bonus will begin. During this feature, Prize symbols can only land on reels 2-5. And rather than winning by lining Prize symbols up on a payline, Prize symbol values are instead awarded whenever they land at the same time as a Wild.

Retrigger

In addition to collecting the values of all Prize symbols, Wilds also have another ability during the Bonus Round. Once 4 Wilds have contributed to a win during your Free Spins, the Bonus will retrigger. Every retrigger will come with 10 more Free Spins, plus a Multiplier that increases with each retrigger.
