Why can't I sign in to my account?
If you can't sign in, first, make sure your CAPS-lock isn’t on and there are no spaces before or after your login details.
You could also have old information stored in your cache that could prevent a successful login. You can clear your cache and cookies to prevent this from happening.
If you still can’t sign in to your account, try resetting your password through our ‘Forgot Password’ link. You can find it at the bottom of the login window.
Note: Accounts are blocked after 3 failed login attempts.
